Every Workplace is required to display a Health and Safety at Work Law Poster within their workplace. Failure to display Health and Safety at Work Law Poster or to provide the details to employees is an offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
All employers need to display a Health & Safety Law Poster, this new design came into effect on 6th April 2009. The old poster should now be replaced with the new 2009 edition at every entrance to your building.
